Allison Wright, PA-C

Allison, PA-C, is a Physician Assistant specializing in pain management and musculoskeletal care. She earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science in Los Angeles, California, and practiced in pain management in Southern California for two years. She also holds an undergraduate degree in Nutrition, which has given her a strong foundation in the role that nutrition and overall wellness can play in supporting musculoskeletal health and patient outcomes.

A native of East Tennessee, she is excited to return home and serve the community where she grew up. She is passionate about helping patients better understand the source of their pain and developing individualized treatment plans focused on improving function, mobility, and quality of life.

She believes in taking the time to listen to each patient and providing compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to their individual needs. Her approach incorporates the whole patient, recognizing that factors such as nutrition, lifestyle, movement, and overall health can all play an important role in managing pain and supporting long-term wellness.

Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her family and bernese mountain dog, Moose.
