    Victor W Isaac, MD CEO.

Dr. Isaac is an interventional physiatrist and rehabilitation specialist. He specializes in the evaluation and treatment of non- surgical spinal and musculoskeletal disorders. His focus is on the benefits of physical rehabilitation and its ability to heal the patient without the need for surgery.

 

Dr. Isaac received his medical training from the University of Alexandria, Egypt and completed his residency in PM&R at Nassau University Medical Center, New York. He completed a prestigious fellowship at the PENN SPINE CENTER of the University of Pennsylvania. He is board certified with the American Academy of physical medicine and Rehabilitation (AAPM&R) with board certification subspecialty in Pain Medicine. He is specifically trained in the areas of electromyography, as well as diagnostic and therapeutic spinal injections. He has authored many articles in professional journals, several book chapters and has presented at numerous medical conferences and meetings.

His excellent training and advanced study has also allowed him to participate in many previous and ongoing research studies.

 

Dr. Isaac is a member of several national academies and associations, including;

North American Spine Society, Physiatric Association of Spine, Sports and Occupation Rehabilitation, American Academy of physical Medicine and Rehabilitation etc.

 

Dr. Isaac enjoys swimming and soccer. He lives in Brentwood, TN and he is happily married with two daughters.

Rebekah Cashin  MPAS, PA-C

Ms. Rebekah Cashin is a Certified Physician Assistant who has experience in Orthopedics, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine and Pain Management.  She is proficient in both acute and chronic conditions affecting patients who are experiencing multiple modalities of pain.  

Rebekah graduated with her Masters of Science in Medicine in 2006 from Trevecca Nazarene University.  Practicing initially in Tennessee, Rebekah was then recruited to work in Emergency Medicine in California for a year.  She returned to her Tennessee roots and has continued to practice medicine in the Mid-Tennessee area for the last 10 years. 

Rebekah is certified in both Basic Life Support as well as Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support.  She has been a consultant speaker for a pharmaceutical company for the last 3 years.  She enjoys speaking with groups of providers to help facilitate practitioner knowledge about options in the pain management arena. 

In her time away from the office, Rebekah enjoys spending time with her husband and her dog Chewie.  They enjoy training for Ironman races as well as Marathons.  She has completed a full Ironman Triathlon (140.6 miles) and multiple Half Ironman races (70.3 miles).  She received 1st in her age group in multiple races and qualified and participated in the USA Triathlon National Championship in 2014.  
Edward O. Osuigwe MPAS, PA-C

Mr. Edward Osuigwe is a board certified Physician Assistant with thirteen years of experience. He spent the first three years after his board certification in Orthopedics and the last ten years in Neurosurgery working with some of the best-trained neurosurgeons in the country. 

Edward was born in Aba, Nigeria and came to the United States at a young age. He grew up in Murfreesboro, TN where he matriculated at Middle Tennessee State University. There he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology & Chemistry with the emphasis in Pre-medicine. He then went on to receive his Master's of Science degree from Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, TN. 

An avid sports fan especially the NBA. In his spare time, he enjoys playing basketball, weight/cardio training, playing video games, listening to Afrobeats, and spending time with family & friends. He and his wife, who is a practicing Obstetrician/Gynecologist, have two small boys.

Karli Kwas RN, BSN, MSN, FNP-BC


Mrs. Karli Kwas is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with 5 years' experience. she has spent the majority of her practice at one of Nashville's only two Trauma Hospitals working in the felid of neurosurgery. She worked with some of the country's top neurosurgeons to treat a variety of head and spinal complications.

 

Karli was born in Houston, Texas where she went to college and obtained a degree in biology before moving to Denver, Colorado t attend metropolitan state college of Denver to obtain a second Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. While in Denver she worked at Denver's only level 1 Trauma Hospital where she helped treat members of the U.S. Ski Team. after 4 years of training, Karli moved to Nashville TN, where she worked for Vanderbilt Medical Center for 3 Years in Neurosurgery,

          Stephen Johnson RN, BSN, MSN, FNP-BC

Stephen is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with 5 years of experience. He is a native Nashvillian who attended college at Vanderbilt University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. He then returned for his graduate degree as a family nurse practitioner. 

Stephen has a host of experience as both a registered nurse and a nurse practitioner. He has worked with a host of different populations across several population groups. He does have experience as a primary care provider. He most recently worked in orthopedic surgery where he gained wealth of knowledge. 

In his free time, Stephen enjoys exercising, watching movies, spending time with his family, and perfecting the art of growing grass. His approach to life is "Life is too short. Laugh when you can. Apologize when you should. And let go of what you can't change".
